How ratings are calculated.

A coach's rating is the average of 1–5 star feedback from students (or their parents) after completed classes. Calista collects this feedback on WhatsApp.

• A rating is shown once a coach has at least 5 reviews. Until then the profile says "New coach".
• Ratings from a coach's earlier classes, before they joined Calista, are labelled as such.
• Reviews shown on a profile are the latest ones, newest first.
